Uniting: Council – Staff – Citizens

As mayor I plan to improve cohesion between staff and the city council. I want to create an environment that fosters collaboration and innovation, and build trust between council, staff, and residents.

Communicate weekly with council members so they are aware of problems that arise and can get questions answered.

Hold open office hours at least twice a month for residents to come in and talk to the mayor one on one.

Hold town halls that are less formal, more friendly. We have many talented residents with great ideas that can benefit our city.
